John T. Vaughan, Founder, Chief Executive Officer
John has worked in the software/services industry for the past 20 years. Prior to his involvement in these industries he worked for two major New York and West Coast based banks. He was most recently President & CEO of Arete Group, Ltd., a professional partnership that he consulted to and ran computer software and services companies in need of turnaround assistance. Prior to his five years in that partnership, he was CEO of Universal Information Technologies and successfully turned losses into profits and transitioned the company for a successful sale. John also served in senior positions at Bank of America, as Vice President/GM where he received several outstanding performance awards. Additionally, John held several positions at Automatic Data Processing where he was a consistent sales, marketing, and management performance award achiever. John received his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Andrew W. Moylan, Chief Operating Officer
Andy Moylan retired as a senior partner from Deloitte Consulting in May, 2002. He was responsible for the consulting services provided to the firm's largest and most complex clients in the financial services industry. For the last five years he led a team of partners in providing services to Merrill Lynch, the firm's largest financial services client. Andy had been the partner in charge of the Northeast Region Financial Services practice and the head of the Securities Industry Practice. He was responsible for the project that led to the merger of NSCC and DTC and developed the early merger strategy for the new organization, DTCC. He has also led projects to develop strategies for the Options Clearing Corporation and the Chicago Board Of Trade Clearing Corporation. Other major clients he served included Charles Schwab, Bank of America and MetLife. He still serves Deloitte and its clients on a consulting contract signed after his retirement in May, 2002. He was admitted as a direct entry Partner to Deloitte in 1982. Prior to that he was a partner with Coopers&Lybrand and a Senior Vice President at F.R. Schwab, a small consulting firm, specializing in M&A. He graduated from the City University of New York in 1962 and obtained his MBA there in 1971.

Alton C. Jones, Chairman of the Board
Chairman, Global Customers Group of Pershing.The Global Customers Group includes the product development, sales, marketing, and senior relationship management functions within the firm. Mr. Jones is a member of Pershing's Executive Committee and serves on the firm's Business Strategy Group. In addition, he is a principal of DLJ and serves on its Retirement Committee. During his 25-year career with Pershing and DLJ, Mr. Jones has twice been honored as a DLJ Super Achiever, in 1982 and again in 1987. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Jones worked at Kennecott Copper Corp. and CT Corporate Systems, Inc. Mr. Jones graduated from the American Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, earned his MA at Columbia University, and is a member of the PSI CHI Honor Society. He earned his BA with Honors in Sociology from Long Island University.

Leslie C. Quick III
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fleet Securities, Inc., President & Chief Executive Officer, U.S. Clearing
Leslie C. Quick III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fleet Securities, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Clearing, a division of Fleet Securities, Inc. Mr. Quick was appointed President of U.S. Clearing in 1994 where he has served since that time. Previously, he had been President and Chief Operating Officer of The Quick & Reilly Group, Inc. In 1998, U.S. Clearing became part of Fleet Financial Group, now FleetBoston Financial Corporation, one of the nation's largest and most successful financial services firms. Mr. Quick is a current member of the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange, a member of the Hearing Board of the New York Stock Exchange and a trustee of Oak Knoll School in Summit, NJ and he is on the Bishop's Financial Council for the Diocese of Metuchen. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Securities Industry Association, a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Bonaventure University, and a former Trustee of St. Vincent's Hospital & Medical Center of New York. Mr. Quick is the recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and holds an honorary degree from St. Bonaventure University.

Bill Reffett, President of Reffett and Roberti Associates
Bill assists companies in selecting and recruiting senior
executives including focusing on IT executives as a
principle with Reffett and Roberti, a national search
firm located in Seattle. Prior to forming this organization,
Bill was Sr. Vice President at Grand Union. Bill held
several other senior positions in publicly traded companies
where his responsibilities included Human Resources,
compensation, and industry negotiations.
